Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”) applies to all paid subscriptions to VibeContent (“the Service”). The Free tier is not refundable as no payment is made. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers on any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Unlimited) may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of their initial payment by emailing support@vibecontent.site with the subject line “Refund Request”.

  • The 14-day window is calculated from the date and time of the initial successful payment.
  • This guarantee applies once per customer. Subsequent subscriptions on the same account are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, but may be cancelled at any time.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
  • This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@vibecontent.site with the subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your VibeContent account and the date of payment.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for the refund (helps us improve; not required for processing).
  4. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with your refund ticket ID.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your VibeContent dashboard, or by emailing support@vibecontent.site.

  • On cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial-period refunds are issued outside the 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • Annual plans cancel at the end of the paid-up year and are not pro-rated.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

VibeContent reserves the right to deny a refund in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the initial payment.
  • The request is for a renewal, not an initial subscription.
  • Abuse of the money-back guarantee, including but not limited to: heavy usage of paid features (e.g., generating hundreds of scripts) followed by a refund request within the 14-day window.
  • Violation of the VibeContent Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent account creation, abuse of the Service, or violation of third-party terms (such as Instagram’s Terms of Service).
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for cause.

6. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@vibecontent.site before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the suspension of your VibeContent account and refusal of future refunds.

7. Pricing & Taxes

All subscription prices displayed on the pricing page are inclusive of applicable taxes. As of the date of this policy, GST registration is in progress and prices on the website are shown inclusive of all applicable taxes. Once GST registration is completed, a GST tax invoice will be issued for every payment and delivered to your registered email within 48 hours of the transaction.

8. Invoice Corrections

If your invoice contains an error (e.g., wrong name, address, or GSTIN), email support@vibecontent.site within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Include your ticket ID and the correction needed. We will issue a corrected invoice within 5 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes that expand your refund rights will become effective immediately. Any reduction in refund rights will apply prospectively only and will not affect refund requests submitted before the change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
